Now that you mention it, the only episode that I think Duck and Tech were ever together was "Cape Duck". However, that was just platonic.

Although, Duck did save Tech's life by snapping him out of Black Velvet's mind controlling thingy, by using his annoying ringtone on his phone in "The Cloak of Black Velvet". That might say something.
