I voted Duck for the simple fact they challenge each other ... well if you look deeply enough anyway :P

It seems like Ace tries to keep his cool all the time, but Duck pushes his buttons and helps Ace relax. Duck is usually overly emotional about everything [understatement], but Ace helps him focus (well ... if you call Duck trying to be better then Ace at everything focus xP). Still they do have a pretty solid friendship even though they seem to fight a lot and friendship can be foundation to any relationship.

That is not to say I don't like others paired with Ace. Lexi would be a close contender to being paired with Ace as they do have a lot of chemistry between them (no matter how forced). I just don't want to settle with her just because they are a boy bunny and a girl bunny. Or because they are in the Bugs/Lola role. *shrugs*

Anyway, for arguments of Lexi ONLY she seems to have a lot of the same faults that Duck has anyway (like obsession with how they look) so if you are going to point out Duck's faults to knock him out you would have to say the same for Lexi.

So I say either is a good pairing.

hmmm ...  you know what would be perfect though ... Duck AND Lexi BOTH being the Brides.
... although that now gives me the image of Lexi and Duck fighting over who has the better dress ^.^;

In later episodes Duck does have a lot of screen time with Lexi herself and they seem to get along pretty well. Well they don't act like they truly HATE each other, more like fighting who if prettier? They are a lot more alike then I think either want to admit. I wonder how their friendship would handle sharing Ace. :P

.... although Ace choosing Ice Cream would be more then likely overall.  You just can't beat Ice Cream.
