Akira, I found it after clicking on 'User Details'
(On the red bar/line thingy at the top of the main forum area...y'know, the bit with 'Forum Main Page' , List All Users' , .Search'...etc)
If you click on it, it comes up with information about the most recent posts/topics, and if you scroll right down to the bottom of the page, you get a small table which tells you about upcoming birthdays, when they are, and how old the user will be.
I agree, it is a nice feature!
