I had been meaning to make a thread for her....I just never remembered when I was online. XD

Oh god, not this question......

Actually, I'm working on a fic right now XD..... *dramatic music playing*

Random voice : OH!! THE HORROR!!!

Well, this is the shortened version of how she got on the team XD

Her powers are in her blood, so when the meteor came, it somewhat effected it and tended to sometimes get 'out-of-hand'....

At the time that the meteor hit she was in AcmeAustralia *smiles at Mairi* visiting her aunt, so she never got the FULL blast of it but her powers went unstable due to the cosmic..... thingie..... *scratches head* forget it, I suck at science terms.

To make the story short, she knew that she had to get back to Acmetropolis, well, at least try to. She ended up wandering around for some time till she finally got home, but, like most of the OC's here, has a knack of getting into trouble XD

So, yadayadayada, she ended up getting in the middle of a fight between the 'Tics and some.... random villains.... *is brick'd for not thinking it out fully.... YET!!* and, being Sapphire, panicked and ended up sending things a little topsy turvy with her powers.

However, it went slightly too far..... *shifty eyes* coughnearlykillingDuckcough.

Okay, so besides that fact, the rest of the team figured out she could be a pretty decent fighter if polished well enough and after some discussions (which involved Duck looking quite appalled at the idea), she landed with a spot on the team XD..... AFTER they made sure what she did to Duck was an accident

Duck had some issues with her at the beginning, due to the 'incident' but she eventually grew on him. ALSO! She wasn't allowed to go on missions during the first few weeks on the team (Ace's and Tech's order).

Tech : It was a PRECAUTION!!! We needed to make sure her powers stabilized first in case she took out the whole city if she got angry or panicked.

Sapphire : *rolls eyes* Glad to see how much faith you have in me......

Anyway..... That's about it XD I haven't actually gotten into detailed accounts yet, I'm too frustated at our internet connection to do a longer one D8.

*stares at fic*

For the OC’s

Cassidy – She’s really sweet and helped me a LOT when I first joined the team. I see her as the ‘voice of reason’ whenever we’re doing something wacked or potentially dangerous. Something I’ve picked up from Duck, NEVER get on Cass’s bad side XD

Quick – God, I love her to bits XD Having Quick around is like having a younger sister, and I find her sometimes random Spanish chatter amusing.

Icy – She’s, well….. cool, no pun intended XD. My first impression of her was that she was pretty much a tomboy and a hot-head, but she’s awesome once I got to know her better. Her arguments with Duck turned out to be quite entertaining once I got use to them XD

Mairi - Mazz is just amazing. She’s perky and never fails to make things interesting when we’re hanging together. She’s also very down to earth and is like a mother figure to the team, but she makes me feel like a dwarf when I’m standing beside her….. D8

Seth – The teams lovable goof-ball XD Honestly, the guys a flirt and a player, but when he’s with Quick, he seems to act like himself the best there.

Dusk – He’s really sweet and modest. Sometimes I think he’s like Seth’s conscience….. Yes, I KNOW he’s an angel, but sometimes I come to see him as a normal human too…. Well, until he opens up his wings that is XD Plus, he took Syaz on a ride once and she’s been grinning like an idiot ever since.

Ozzie - *GLOMPZHIM* HE’S THE ADORABLE FERRET THAT WE ALL LOVE!!!

Shadow – He’s….. ermm….. *trails off uncertainly* different……

Cale and Felicity – ……… *hugglez both of them* XD

The ‘Tics

Ace – He’s a natural leader, but I’m still slightly peeved that he didn’t let me go on missions earlier D8

Lexi – She’s been my friend since… forever! And I freaking love her for that XD

Tech – He’s the total rational minded coyote that always seems to keep cool, but I still don’t get his science talk sometimes…..

Rev – The speed demon that never fails to make us laugh…. Though sometimes for the wrong reasons XD

Duck – He’s annoying most of the time and we had trouble at the beginning, hence him always trying to make me mad. But now I think he does it on purpose just to annoy me. He's been getting more tolerable now that he's dating Mazz XD

Slam – To be honest, I was scared of him when I first joined. He was like, I don’t know, 3 times my size I guess. He looks tough outside and when he’s kicking butt, but inside he’s just a big old softie XD

I just realized that I forgot Sapphire in Cass' version of this. So I'll do it here :3

Cass: Sapph is such a sweet person and I love her energy just as much I do Quick and Mazz's. She helps me bring out my more hyper side. XD

Mairi: *whaps Duck's face with a spatula* I'll keep him in line for you. T__T *salutes* *continues whapping* 8D

Sapphire *while trying hard to remember* : You can't depend too much on my memory T_T, another reason why I failed history back in school XD

So, lets see...... First of all, I met Cass over a burning stove where something.... well, SOMETHING, was on it. Lesson number one, never, as in NEVER, leave Cassidy Coyote alone in the kitchen *slowly backs away from Cass*. But it WAS an interesting way to meet a person.....

I met Mazz when she dropped by the tower the next day, I tripped while walking into the room and tore the side of my jeans D8. Next thing I knew I was sitting back on the couch and Mazz was helping me fix it. That girl's a miracle on legs, I lost count of the number of times she helped me with my constant rips and tears.

Then, Quick..... Simple enough, we kinda 'bumped' into each other. We were running from either end of the hall and ended up crashing in the middle.... I was feeling dizzy when she started apoligizing, in other words, she started rambling away in Spanish.......

Quick : ¡Oh mi dios! I' ¡m tan apesadumbrado! I' ¡m so so so so apesadumbrado!
Sapphire : *blinks*
Quick : I didn' ¡t le considera! ¿Está usted bien?? Oh mi dios….
Sapphire : Ermm, *blinks*...... I'm sorry? *is wondering how 'using beans' entered the conversation*

Icy and Seth, *sheepish grin* I walked in on them arguing...... Not a pretty sight XD

Yesterday had been such a long day. After all that sorting, the packing, the unpacking, the lessons, the tours, the rules, the schedules, the drills, and without any warning, the random explosion in the kitchen, Sapphire began to wonder just what she'd gotten herself into.

Her sleep had been slightly disturbed by all the new noises and sensations surrounding her new environment. Her wake-up call had been rude thanks to a certain road runner. Her original departure from the room had been questioned, as Lexi decided to inform her then as opposed to yesterday that they all had the day off, and the uniform wasn't actually necessary. Then, the second time she'd bumped straight into Slam.

“Yur-harra-der-breakfast?” He asked, smiling in a very friendly manner. Sapphire gulped. He was the biggest anthro she had ever laid eyes on. Not quite as tall as her, by all means, but he was certainly wider and fiercer looking and incredibly illegible.

With a quick nod, hoping that he'd asked, “are you coming to breakfast” as opposed to, “May I have you for breakfast”, Sapphire followed him to the kitchen area. When the doors slid open, she saw only a few members sitting around the table. There was Tech, at the head of the table, with Cassidy beside him (who she had met yesterday via the little incident with the stove). He was reading the morning news on one of his gizmos, and his wife was peering over his shoulder. Rev was bustling about, clearing up the mess that everyone else had left behind and Slam was just starting on one of his four morning meals. So much for sitting down with everybody and having a nice meal to start they day off with.

She sighed and entered the room, just knowing that she would have to spend the rest of the day hunting everyone else down to get herself aquainted. However, before she knew what was going on, the door closed behind her, with her jeans caught between them. Not realising that she'd been snagged, the girl continued moving forward. With a jerk and a tumble, she was on the floor. Well, this was a fine start.

Those who were still situated at the table stopped and stared at her. She glanced up at them meekly from the floor.

“Are you-” Tech began, before Sapphire hurriedly cut him off.

“I'm fine! Really! Just a trip! That's all! Don't worry about me!” She was blushing. She could feel her cheeks burning and the back of her neck getting hot. Oh, why did she ever even get up?

As she got to her feet and proceeded to brush herself off, trying to convince Rev that she really was ok in an attempt to get him to stop fussing, she noticed that the doors had taken quite a large piece of fabric from her pants-leg. She groaned furiously. Why was she having such bad luck​​??

Suddenly, she heard the doors hiss behind her, and still focused on her jeans, ignored the idea that someone was right behind her.

“Bloody oath!! Did the doors eat your pants too?? Flop it all! I've told Tech that they close too quickly, but the bogan won't listen!”

“Mairi, I'm right here in the room-”

“Oi! Look here you, 'cause this is how it's gunna be-” Sapphire slowly turned around to catch a glimpse of the owner of the familiar accent, but withouth any warning, she was suddenly being dragged toward the couch. With a shove and a stumble, she was pushed into the cushions and finally got to see the rambling avian. She perched herself on the coffee table and began examining the back of Sapphire's pants, the torn bit of denim in her hands.

“Hold on a half a mo', lovey. I'll fix her up in a jiff.” She then proceeded to whip out a sewing kit from absolutely nowhere and commenced repairing the rip. Sapphire stared in awe.

“You're that shelia who nearly took out Duck on a mission, right?” then, with a cheeky sparkle in her eyes, she added, “I like you.”

“Um... Thanks...?”

“No worries. He's chewed me ear off about you... Fair chucked a wobbly. But I told him to get over it. There! All done.” Sapphire pulled her attention away from the bird and inspected her jeans. You could hardly tell where the denim had ripped. “That stuff can be tricky to sew. Hope ya didn't mind me helpin' out.”

“Who are you?” The human asked, wide-eyed. “Are you on the team?”

A loud snort emitted from the kitchen and everyone within the direct vicinity began to laugh, including the bird.

“Hell no!” she grinned. “I'm j'st Duck's missus.” And with that, she skipped merrily from the room.

Sapphire was shocked. 'Duck's missus'? What did THAT mean? Oh, this was going to be a loooong day.
