Did Tech got a new voice in the 2nd Season?

I read a comment on You Tube in one second season episode of Loonatics Unleashed, it was "Creep From The Deep", and they said that Tech's voice didn't sound as raspy as it used to be in the first season.


Did Tech secretly had a new voice actor in the second while Kevin Michael Richard still did Slam, or was it really still Kevin and he just improved?

Actually he didn't. It's the same voice actor, but he added a little more personality to Tech.
