But, I don't think his ansestor was as thin. He had a bulge coming out of his stomach. I think that Rev's family aren't as thin as him. His father and his son are a bit chubby and Rev his even tinier than his mother.
Hmm..maybe the change to anthromorphic caused him to thin out abit? *shrugs*

Nice observations...
But since Rev exercises a lot, there is one thing that will not leave me alone...
...Can you imagine a muscular Rev? Not big like Slam, but muscular.
...Now that I imagine it...it seems really, really odd...what made me imagine that?
Hmm, a muscular Rev...that would please some of the Rev fangirls! He! He! He! Actually, when you think about it, all the Loonatics should be quite fit and well-built due to all the physical work they do when out battling villains. Hmm... *Imagines muscular Ace, Tech and Duck.*

What are you talking about? Ace and Tech already are muscular! Rememebr the "defined" picture?
*holds up a picture of defined Loonatics*
Why do I have a copy, you ask? Well, I have a habit of glancing at Lexi in that pic... j/k

And yes, I did that on purpose.
Defined Tech! Losing...consciousness... *Passes out.*
In the show, I think Ace and Tech probably do have the best body frames in the team, what with their fairly broad chests and shoulders, although Lexi is quite curvy at the hips too. But they're obviously not as fully built and muscular as some other superheroes you see on TV these days. Not that i'd want them to be overly pumped like the Hulk or Superman or something, but i'd die to see Tech drawn more 'defined' in the show!
Do you think we'll ever see a scene where the Loonatics are removing part(s) of their costumes? Maybe just their masks. That could give some insight into how they change into their powered colours.
Yes, the greatest mystery of the Loonatics world. I always used to think they just got a fur change after their little run-in with the meteor, then they ahd to go and show them in normal fur again in "Menace of Mastermind". Of course, maybe it`s still their natural fur, but something in the suit causes them to change color? Nonetheless, we`ll probably be speculating for age to come over it.
Well, I do have to say that all the Loonatics (except Slam) are so skinny. It's unbelievable. Ace and Tech have some muscle, Slam is buff; Lexi is probably the most built; Duck is skinny, but Rev is so tiny compared to all of them.

Actually, i believe Duck is the shortest of the Loonatics. Rev is thin-bodied, but he's actually quite tall, i think just below Tech's height.
And i think underneath the masks, the Loonatics would probably still have green, yellow, pink etc fur colours, except for Duck, who has black feathers both naturally and when he's powered i think. But apart from Duck, i always think the Loonatics can power up and down into or out of colours.
And if that picture is anything to go by, Duck does turn completely orange when in his suit. I usually accept it as some material or substance in the suit brings out their color change, which must somehow aid them in the use of their powers. The sole clue I have to this is that at the end of "MoM (Menace of Mastermind)", Rev actually tired out while using his super speed, which he never does when in his suit, thus possibly hinting at some kind of stamina enhancement or something while they wear the suit.
They certainly seem to feel the need to wear the suits while battling evil, so who knows what it`s for. Of course, the colorization and identification the suits lend could be used to quickly pick out members of the team, to prevent confuson. (Although we certainly haven`t seen any, it`s not unreasonable to assume there`s other rabbits, coyotes, ducks, road runners, and tasmanian devils walking around Acmetropolis, so maybe the colorization helps the Loonatics easily find each other should they ever get caught in a crowd of look-a-likes)
Hmm, a completely orange Duck. That would look odd. And on suit enhancements, Rev's suit and boots do have in-built jet thrusters which help propel him through air whether running on ground or flying i think. That's partly why we see a trail of flames behind him whenever he moves at top speed. But the others haven't really been seen using obvious suit enhancements yet, tho' i suspect Tech's suit must have some technological enhancements too.
And i'd really like to be seeing some other anthro citizens in Acmetropolis some day too!

Maybe they had Rev running for a couple of hours? Like chocobos! On the ship! In FFX!
Omg...they're using Rev like a hampster! -runs out, screaming 'ANIMAL CRUELTY!'-

Jessica's conscience: I'll get her...
Leave Rev alone, who ever is treating him like a hamster.
Special footwear for birds, I didn't know that Black Oracle. I thought that in his costume, he just had feet

Actually, we've seen that they're fur (and feathers) never actually changed in three episodes so far. In Menace of the Mastermind, in Heir up there, and Cape Duck.
How the suits work exactly is still a mystery though. Still, the story is set far in the future; who knows what they come up with when they feel like it.

My theory is that the Loonatics can 'power up' into their super powered colours by will and 'power down' back into their natural colours. Some kind of biological in-built ability.

This has probably already been said, but I always though the suits would just be put on, and once fully on, the fur colour changes or something...ahhh, plot holes, my creative minds weakness.
Something we need to remember (and I recently realized) is that the colors are not derived from the powers. Remember how Sypher stole Ace and co.`s powers? They didn`t change color one bit aside from their eyes when drained. Somehow, the suits do all the color changing, unless the color changing is a combination of mutation brought upon by the meteor, and brought out as a subtle pigmentation by the suits, and manage to avoid getting taken with the rest of the `Tics powers/changes should Sypher ever drain them.
Man, the color change really is the biggest mystery of the series, isn`t it?
Now, say the comet caused not only super power mutation in the `Tics, but a very subtle change in skin pigments connected to the powers themselves. It`s so subtle, that only sophisticated spectrometer equipment could detect it normally. But, the suits the Loonatics don is made out of a specialized material that rebuffs the faint coloration given off by the pigmentation, in the form of weak bodily lighting, and concentrates it on unexposed parts of the body, thus resulting in a much more prominent coloration as a result of photo-pigment concentration.
This could have the effect of intensifying the Loonatics` adaption to their powers, which would explain why they bring them into battle, rather than just go as they wish (plus, the material might have some protective properties as a side benefit). Thus, in the interest of increased convenience, the Loonatics go about most of their day fully dressed in those suits to enhance their power utilization in case they need the powers at a moment`s notice; enhanced adaption to the powers would allow maximum ease of utilization.
So would the Loonatics have more difficulty in controlling their powers without their suits if that theory applies Crossfire? And i wonder, just how often do the Loonatics change their uniforms? They can't be wearing the same ones all the time surely.
I'd have to say not often, because in only two episodes; there was a scene of them without their uniforms and they are alwaye wearing their same superhero uniforms.

Oh gawd, what if they don't have extras? They must REEK. XD
Speaking of Tech, do the upcoming eps on Dec. 23, and Jan. 6th and 13th seem to be giving a clue? All three involve Tech's days in AcmeTech, like what he was like before the meteor and his relationship with Mallory. HHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
What`s this, now? Where have you all heard about three new episodes? What have I missed? I don`t watch CW except to see LU, so you`ll have to fill me in here. Optimatus is back!?

Not three new episodes, three old episodes, from Season One!
I don't think you missed anything... >.> <.<
If Optimatus was back, I'd be tied to an iron chair, with steel shackles on my wrists, guarded by 'deranged code Myncis'. Beacuse I'd be drooling over the TV if he was back. >.> <.< Not that there's any reason to...
Duck: But... I thought you got over Optimatus!
Jessica: >.> <.< Like I said, not that there's any reason to...
Then those episodes would have to be "The Comet Cometh" + "Acmegeddon, Part I/Part II" (The latter of which is my all-time favorite episode to date, for a reason I`m sure you all know why )
Well, you never know who you'll find wandering around the boondocks of the universe. That would be great to see him back and badder than ever. The Loonatics never got a chance to fight him properly.

Check out the schedule on toonzone for the rest of this month and Jan '07. But yeah, "Comet Cometh" and the "Acmegeddon" eps will be airing the next few weeks.
You guys think there's a particualr reason they're airing these season 1 eps again? I dunno, but it could just as easily be that there's no particualr reason for it, other than to fill up three weekends before they decide to release any more new eps in Feb '07.

As long as I'm able to see 'The Family Business' again soon, I'll be juuuuuuuust fine XD
