Great screenshots as always there Zadavia! Looking at the pics of Black Velvet and all her vast technological resources again makes me wonder now, how did she get a hold of all her technology? Was she perhaps a scientist before the meteor hit that changed her?

And i love that shot of Tech where he has activated his night vision after Duck brought him out of his trance and he's turning around with his ninjizer gun, he looks SOOO menacing there! He! He! 

Btw, what video are you working on putting up at the mo?

The video of "The Cloak of Black Velvet", it should be uploaded here very soon. I personal love their "menace look" in this episode, much close to their original ones. I knew Tech fans would love that shot

Cool, we'll all be looking forward to this site's first LU video! And yeah, this was one of my fave eps too coz of how 'dangerous' and 'cool' the Loonatics looked. Tech was so hot-looking! *Sighs*

Duck is the shortest member of the Loonatics i believe. With that big, fancy cape enhancing Tech's already decent height and size appearance, Duck's small size is made even more obvious in that shot! Ha! Ha! Poor little Duckie! I think he really needed those cape and boots more than Tech! To make him look larger and more noticeable! That's probably why Duck was ordering them in the first place in that ep, coz he thought they would help make him look less small and hence, more 'impressive'! He! He!

If you look at Tech in his original concept design form from season 1's opening sequence, you may think he resembles Razor even more there! I certainly did! There was a direct front shot of him that i swear screamed "Razor" at me! Initially i think the creators had designed Tech with many apperance features reminiscent of Razor. Whether it was intentioned or not, i think they may have been (subconsciously?) drawing parallels between Tech and Razor, who when you look at, do actually have alot in common: they're both intelligent technicians and weapon constructors.

Another thing this particular Black Velvet ep reminded me of was the Swat Kats ep "Cry Turmoil", where T-Bone was captured by a villainous she-Kat called Turmoil who possessed a giant battle airship and an army of female fighter-jet pilots. Black Velvet shares characteristics with Turmoil, as well as the plot of this ep, which involved a villainess with a giant airship capturing a hero and trying to get him to work for her. The main difference in the LU version of this story, was that Tech was mind-controlled into working for BV, rather than how T-Bone put on an act and pretended to convert his allegiance to Turmoil (would have been cooler to see Tech doing a similar thing to T-Bone actually!).
