Did anyone ever see this anime, Cardcaptors? (Also known as Cardcaptor Sakura) I realised I saw this when I was little! (I grew up on dubbed anime shows)

I assuming you're in America so you probably won't know about it.

Basically, there's a man called "The Doctor" who is actually a timelord from the planet Galifry who travels through time and space in his ship called the Tardis. He travels to sort out problems in different time periods whether it natural disasters that were never meant to happen, or evil alien warlords try to take over the universe.
