I thought that too. This group picture actually features in the ending credits of season 1, and i always thought all the Loonatics looked more defined and well shaped in it. In the show, they do have a tendency to look quite thin and straight-lined in most of their bodies. I think the more detailed illustrations of the Looantics are reserved for official art and stuff like that.

Good spotting of details there LexiHex! Slam has an obvious animalistic snout in the first pic, and protruding lower teeth! I think those details were lost in the final show product. And yes, Tech's techno-gauntlet is very cool! If only they'd give it back to him!
