It`s simply wonderful, Kaejae. You have created one of the most heavenly pics any Ace/Lexi fan could ever ask for. Well, everyone, I told you it was going to be a surprise, even for me, so...

SURPRISE!!!


Surprised ya, didn`t I? It was certainly unexpected, but I`ll cherish it always simply because it has Kaejae`s originality behind it! Just like I requested (for those of you - practically everyone- who didn`t get the specs):

  • Sufficiently shippy (and, more importantly, sweet) without being overly sexual (or at all, as the case may be), so as to deliver the message that love can be non-sexual (or at least to the extent most would think)
  • Given Kaejae`s unique touch so as to, of course, embody her talent within it, adding to it`s value
  • Make sure the poses are so that they could be used for either shippy or sibling vibes, so as to allow maximum flexibiltiy for the meaning behind the picture (although I prefer to think of it as shippy)

Most exemplary work, my friend, most exemplary indeed! Pardon me if I spam the smilies:

*squeal* I'm so glad you love it! As a shipper myself, I squealed many-a-times while working on this. The ambiguity of the shipper/sibling relationship vibes I think was the hard part for me... Shame on you for that You know how much of an Ace/Lexi shipper I am ;)

I enjoyed working on this piece very muchly!

Flippin' amazing! Every time I think I know what to expect from you, you pull something like this out and make me recalibrate my awesome-o-meter all over again. Seriously, your skill with these characters has grown exponentially in a very short time frame. Props to you.

It's so relaxed and playful, and the body positioning is great - one of your strengths, to be sure. Nice background work, too. I guess they still have iPods in 2773, huh? ;P

In Bram Stoker's novel, Jonathan Harker and Dr. Van Helsing were characters that came into contact with the Count. The movie Van Helsing was basically a spin-off on the character of Van Helsing, who in the novel was a doctor knowledgeable about the undead. Though i quite enjoyed the movie Van Helsing as well. *Imagines Tech in Hugh Jackman's Van Helsing outfit and with his vampire hunting arsenal.* Yum!
