Icy held Ozzie in her arms as animal control began to load the animals into the back of their vehicles to be taken to zoos. Ace came over and ooked down at the little ferret. "Now, what to do with him?"

Tech and Cass came over and Tech inspected him with itnerest. "Um, would the zoo take him? Actually I would like to run a few tests...."

The ferret yelped and burried himself deeper into Icy's arms. The fox looked up at Tech sharply. "Cut that out! No tests!"

Ace stared at Ozzie completely baffled. "Well we can't keep him!"

Ozzie wailed as he pocked his little head out of the fox's arms. "Please dont put me in a zoo! I'm not a ferret! I swear!"

Icy looked down at him and then brought him closer as she looked up sternly at the others. "I'll keep him."

"WHAT???!!!"

"You heard me."

The others looked at each other uncertainly but then Ace smiled at Icy. "Alright den. You can take care of him. Not our choice. Besides, hes kind of a cute little fella..." Ace bent forward and scratched Ozzie's head with ne finger.

Ozzie closed his eye as he grinned. "Thanks. ^^"

Icy put the ferret on her shoulder and grinned up at him. "Wonna get some Fairy Floss?"

Ozzie stared at her blankly. "Uuuuuhhh....."

Icy laughed and ran off calling back to the others. "Come on! We've done our job! It's VACATION time! WOOOHOOO!!!!" She disappeared into thye crowd and the others ran after her laughing at the sudden outburst.

The Loonatics were walking around looking for what games they wanted to play when Icy suddenly freaked out.

"Grabuda me!" Slam challenged the fox.

Icy laughed and tried to stand at his hieght. "Oh you think so!?"

"This could get very interesting!" Cassidy laughed, watching the pair challenge each other.

"I bet you ten bucks Slam will win." Tech said.

"You're so on!" Cassidy shook his hand in agreement.

Slam and Icy took their seats with five other people. They had three bowls of different flavor icecream placed infront of them and tey could see the rest were gonna come from a large fridge. The man hosting the cotest explained the rules. "You eat one bowl at a time! Everytime you have finished with three bowls thre more will be replaced. There is no time limit. The one who eats the most without getting full or brainfreeze wins a blue ribbon, and a year's pass for "Cold Stone" (i know its 277 omethin but just go with it XD) On you're mark, get set, GO!"

Icy and Sam started furiously making away at the icecream.

The contest went on and one by one the competeters started to drop off, all but Icy and Slam who were going at it like crazy still after 15 minutes.

They were munching down on the icecream, Slam being ahead of Icy by a couple because of his big mouth. But just as he was half way throuhg a bowl of chocolate he winced and held his aching head. "OW! Rainfreeza!!!"

The Tasmanian Devil fell over in defeat. Icy finished her vanilla icecream and stood, pumping her fists in the air! "WOOOOOOOO!!!!"

Cassidy squealed and jumped up, shouting, "Way to go, Icy!" She calmed herself down and held out her hand to Tech.

Tech sighed and fished a ten dollar bill out of his pocket.

Duck stared in shock. "It's official. I'm gonna be sick."

Icy jumed off the stage and Slam followed after her. They shook hands and then Icy spotted Rev and Ace. The bunny was handing Rev a box with a hotdog and fries on it. "Look! Those two bet their lunches on us!

Duck rolled his eyes. "I'm off to find Maz. Don't go on any rollercoasters for a while, Ice. You'll throw up everywhere." He punched his cousin playfully in the arm before quacking out of sight.

Icy frowned and then spotted the biggest roller coaster in the park. She squealed and then ran off for it in a cloud of dust with the screaming ferret on her shoulder.

Rev ran after her. "Wait! Icy! I wonna try that one too!"

Ace rolled his eyes. "Anyone else cuz it does look like fun?"

Casisdy glanced up at the ride with wide eyes. "Ar- are you sure it's safe?"

Tech took her hand. "Hey, don't worry, if it weren't safe, the people here would get sued or worse... Besides, I'll come with you..."

Cassidy smiled. "OKay, I'll give it a try..."

And so, the gang piled on to the ride, excited. Tech and Cassidy sat together in one car. Tech leaned back against the seat and sighed. He was calm. That is, until they reached the top and he looked down. They were a LONG way up. Tech gulped and placed his hand over Cassidy's, trying to calm her down.

But Cassidy was quite enjoying herself, looking around at the scenery happily.

Then the train of cars started to go donw the hill.

Tech placed a death grip on Cassidy hand as they went flying down the steep hill. Cassidy laughed and screamed in enjoyment.

Icy sat in the cart next to Rev with Ozzie sticking his little head out of Rev's jacket. Icy threw her hands in the air as they went down.
"WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Duck and Mairi watched from a safe distance on the ground.

"Could be fun-"

"No."

"Please?"

"You can go. I don't like going on rides that make me sick."

"You're no fun."

"I'm not, but the Ferris wheel is."

"That?? That's kids' stuff!"

"I used to go on the ferris wheel all the time as a kidlet! It's one of the fondest memories from my youth..."

"Oh? Is that so? Fine. We'll go on the Ferris wheel."

Ace laughed as he helped Lexi off. "Okay gang, now we split up into two so we cover more ground. I'll go with Lexi and Slam, Quick goes with Seth, Cass goes with the Mr. Sicko there, and Icy goes with Rev."

Tech was leaning on Cassidy's shoulder. "Maybe Tech and I should stick to the smaller-scale rides.. But that one was sooo fun!" She giggled.

Tech slowly sat down at a nearby bench. "I.... I'll be okay..." He said, closing his eyes.

Ace called after everyone as they ran off. "Meet back at the main gate for the fireworks show at 8!"

Icy stopped at a dunker and had Rev go over the tank. The fox threw a ball dead on target and the roadrunner fell into the freezing cold water with a yelp.

Quick stopped short, and went over to her ingenious coyote friend; she placed a comforting hand on his shoulder.

"Aww pobre Tech..." She shook her head with a bit of humor.

Tech looked at her, only for a second, basically saying 'leave me alone' with his eyes. But he didn't get to say anything anyway...

"Well, I sure hope your brother isn't weak like you." Quick joked, and giggled but then noticed Tech's expression change.

(0.0) "Well-you-two-have-fun-I-gotta-go-drag-Seth-around-the-carnival-now-Adiosssss!" she babbled in a Rev-like way, and ran away grabbing Seth in the process.

Rev walked out soaking wet. He laughed as he tried to ring his tail out. "Nice one."

Icy nudged him. "Thanks! Now, let me go show ya how good of a sharp shooter I am!" She said in a wester accent and they ran over to where the water guns were.

Tech shook his head. "That girl's gonna get herself into trouble one of these days..."

Cassidy giggled and hugged Tech carefully. "Just like me!"

Tech nodded. "I'm worried, Cass.. What did she do to you?"

"Nothing much, just tied me up and called me Heidi... The ropes... gave an electric shock, though...

Tech's eyes widened. "Electric shock?!"

"But Tech, you don't need to worry! I was wearing protection!" She rolled up the bottom of her shirt, revealing a metal-like band around her stomach. "It's the super suit you made, I used it to protect both of us."

Tech smiled. "My smart-thinking wife." He kissed her.

(What the heck urged Tech to make something like thta?! Paranoid much! XD)

Rev and Icy waled around and already the roadrunner had one her a couple of plushies for her to take home. It had gotten dark out and they made there way to the edge of the fair where the whole park looked over the ocean.

Rev, Icy, and Ozzie sat in the colorful lit up food court eating cheese burgers. Ozzie slurped at a bana shake and then grinned at the two with a mustache. "This earth food is GOOD!"

Icy laughed. "Careful, carnival food really packs on the pounds."

Rev pocked at Ozzie's stomach. "Make ya into ne chubby ferret."

"Hey!"

Rev and Icy laughed as they watched Ozzie take up a couple of fries and mack them down. There eyes sudenly met and then looked away. Rev cleared his throat. "This has been a lot of fun."

Icy smiled. "Yeah. I'm having agood time."

"Me too..."

Ozzie looked up at the two as they stared at one another for a bit. The ferret snickered mentally.

There was an awkward pause between the two, as the 'ferret' looked up at them silently.

The only sounds heard were the many people in the carnival.......one such as this.

"WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! Me gusta este!! I LOVE THIS RIIIIDE!!! WOOOO!!"
"QUICK! YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO STAND UP ON THIS--AHHHHHHHHHHH!!"
"WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!"

Rev and Icy suddenly buted up. Icy had to grab a napkin as Pepsi came out of her nose. She looked around trying to catch her breath and then spotted the ferris wheel. "Hey, why dont we do one more ride before the fireworks start?"

Rev looked up at the feris wheel and smiled. "Yeah sure, what the hey. Ozzie, you coming?"

Ozzie shook his head as he waved a frenchfry around. "You two go ahead! I haven't eaten properly in thre weeks." With that he pit into it with a large chomp.

Icy and Rev laughed and got up to head for the feris wheel.

On their way over to the ride, the threesome caught sight of Mairi and Duck dismounting one of the wheel's small cages.

Mairi waved over at the group, a large grin plastered on her beak.

When Icy, Rev and Ozzie joined the two of them, face to face, Mairi hugged the fox as tightly as she could manage.

"Ferris wheels are awesome." She declared, a twinkle in her eyes.

"Yeah yeah yeah. C'mon Maz. I wanna find the others before the fireworks start." Duck urged in a disgruntled manner.

Mairi squeezed Icy's hand one last time before racing after the mallard, who had already left the group.

"They're meeting by the main gate!" Rev called out, matter-of-factly.

Without turning around, Duck waved a hand in the air to signal that he'd heard. Mairi looked back at them and offered an excited little smile before the two disappeared within the crowd.

(Cassidy: Paranoid? Tech?! Not at all! *scarcasm*)

Tech and Cassidy wandered around the park, and soon stopped at a basketball game. There was a single net, along with dozens of basketballs and prizes.

"Hey dude! Think you can win a prize for your girl?" The man at the counter said.

Cassidy nudged Tech. "What do you think...DUDE?" She asked, giggling.

Tech blushed. "I don't know, I haven't done anything like that since high school."

"You played basketball in high school?"

"Tried, and failed." Tech admitted.

"Come on, Tech. Give it a try.... unless you're chicken."

"What was that?"

"You heard me."

"....... Alright. I'll give it a try." Tech picked up a ball and aimed carefully. Cassidy watched, her eyes shining in excitement. Tech shot the ball, and it fell into the net almost perfectly.

"Yes!" She squealed.

Tech smiled at her and picked up the next ball. He easily shot it into the net again. Cassidy cheered.

Tech bit his lip as he shot the last ball. It rolled on the edge of the net, then finally fell in. Cassidy giggled and hugged Tech. "Great job!"

Tech hugged her back, smiling widely. "I did better than I did in high school!"

"So, which prize would you like, Miss?" The man asked.

Cassidy gazed up at the many plush prizes. Her eyes fell on a large chestnut horse. Tech noticed that and pointed to it. The man took it off the wall and handed it to Tech, who handed it to Cassidy, who gave Tech another hug.

(Dude, Tech's secretly a basetball player.... Sort of....XD)

While Ozzie stayed behind at the food court finishing his dinner Rev and Icy waited in line for the ferris wheel. It was now completely darl and the full moon was rising over the ocean. Icy's eyes widened. "Oh my gosh! I cant wait 'till we get to the top! The view will be amazing!"

Rev smiled as he looked out at the water, but his eye's wondered to the fox standing in front of him. "Yeah, the view is nice from here too...." He blushed and turned his gaze away.

They then were moved to the front and got into one of the seats. Rev buckled. Icy didnt. Rev held onto the bars. Icy sat back. Rev kicked his feet back and forth as they rose. Icy propped one of her feet up on the handle bars. Rev waved down at Slam as he passed bellow. Icy put in her ipod ear plugs.

"I thought you said you couldn't play basketball?"

"I can't.. That is, when I'm on a team and there's other people trying to tackle me..."

"Tech, tackling is NOT a part of basketball....."

Tech chuckled and pulled her closer. "It seemed like they wanted to..." The pair had met the others at the gate, and were now laying on the grass nearby.

"Oh, you mean like this?" With that, Cassidy jumped on top of Tech, smiling mischeiviously.

"Nah, it was more like this.." Tech grabbed her shoulders lightly and plopped her on the ground on her back, being careful not to hurt her, of course. He sat on his knees, looking down at her.

"You do realize that I am in perfect range, right?" She asked, lifting her knee threateningly.

"You won't be able to do that anymore..." Tech picked her up and pulled her into his lap, tickling her sides mercilessly.

"Tech! Stop it!" Cassidy squealed, squirming in his arms.

"Nevah!" Tech laughed, continuing to tickle her.

As the ferris wheel stopped then went then stopped then went again. Icy took her ear plugs out and then gaped out at the ocean. It was gorgeous! "Rev! Look at this!" She tugged at his sleeve for him to look.

Rev leaned forward and looked over icy. "Now THAT'S a view!"

"And we're not even at the top yet!"

Rev looked down at beach where the fireworks were being set up. "Well this thing beter hurry because they're about ready to get the show started. Those things are gonna be out right over the water too!"

The cart they were in had just reached the top. Icy and Rev awed at the veiw but then something weir happedn. They heard the sound failing gears and the lights on the ferris wheel went out. They glanced at each other and looked down. The ferris wheel had lost all its power.

Icy huffed. "Great! We're gonna miss the show with everyone..."

Down bellow Ozzie had used his jewel to drain the power from the ride so that it came to a stop with the two friends at the very top. The ferret snickered and then levitated up onto one of the carts to watch the show with a good veiw.

Cassidy and Tech suddenly stopped goofing off. They were nearby the ferris wheel and had heard it suddenly shut down. They looked up at the top cart and saw a bit of Rev's comb feathers sticking out.

"Looks like Rev and Ice are gonna miss the fireworks..."
