Icy and Tech helped Rev down to the car. After a couple of hours of tests the doctors said he was perfectly healthy, miraculously. The thre kept their mouths shut about the real miracle though. Icy made a point of saying that if they spilled Ozzie would for sure be shipped of to a lab to be studdied.

Rev was actually supposed to spend two more days in the hospital after his recovery but he was so eager to get back to the fair that Tech had to persuade the doctors into letting him go as long as he kept his activities on a downlow.

Rev slid into the back seat of the taxi with Icy and Tech moved up into the passenger's seat. He pulled out his wallet. "Um, the Acmetropolis fair please."

The cab driver was a younf man about mid twenties and he shook his head wiht a silly grin. "Uh, no charge Mr. Tech E. Coyote. My treat! Ah man, I'm a huge fan! Could I get your autographs?..."

Tech chuckled and talked with the cab driver as they rode off. Icy smiled as she patted the ferret hanging over her shoulder. Ozzie was asleep and he gave a long yawn as she strocked his back.

She suddenly felt her other hand being squeezed and she looked down at hit. Her eyes found the hand that had been holding hers and she trailed the arm up to look at Rev's soft emerald eyes. She blushed and held his hand back.

Cassidy smiled as she rolled over to face the girls. "You guys are never gonna believe this..." With that she began to tell them of how Ozzie had healed Rev and how Tech, Icy, and Ozzie were taking him here this very minute....

Lexi sighed out in releif. "Oh good."

Quick however was bugging out. "Dios mio!!! That ferret really is magic!"

Mairi squealed with delight. "EEEK!!! The ferret!" 8D

"Yeah, made the bullet visible and then got rid of the poison apperently..." Cassidy explained.

"The ferret!" 8D

Quick crossed her amrs. "That's freaky."

"The ferret!" 8D

Lexi shrugged as she gave a small smile. "Yeah but really after that meteor nothing is surprisng."

"The ferret!" 8D

"Maybe he really si an elf..." Cassidy thought out loud.

"THE FERRET!" 8DDDD

Quick squinted at the lyre bird. "We heard you the first time you locco!"

Mairi pointed towards the window. "THE FERRET!!!" XD

Ozzie was floating on a whirl of wind waving. Mairi quickly got up and opened the window and he floated in. He bowed when he landed on the ground and grinned up at them. "Ladies..."

Ozzie's ear perked up in surprise when a scream and a thud came from the hall. He turned around and saw Icy walk in laughing as she called down the hall. "Go easy on him Cass! Rev! Take a nap!"

Suddenly, Tech followed Icy in carrying Cassidy in his arms. He walked over to the bed and dropped her in it. "There. You glomp me, I drop you!" Both of them burst out in laughter.

Icy leaned up against the doorway with her arms crossed smiling at them. "Behave you two!"

She suddenly felt her arm tugged and she was pulled into the hallway and into Rev's arms. He kissed her and she did the same. When they broke Icy pushed him away playfully.
"Go on! Get to bed!"

Rev gave a mock horrified face. "Whaever you say O Queen of Tomboys!"

Icy punched him in the arm and he scurried off rubbing it. She shook her head and headed back into the bedroom. Tech was leaving the girls to themselves and she gave him a hug as she passed. "Night Tech!"

Tech brought her at ams length and felt her forehead. "You okay? For one thing you dont give hugs so easily...and two you're kinda burning up."

Icy shook her head. "'m fine. Now go chek on Rev. I suspect he's getting into the Monsters..."

"Oh dear god, out of my way Ice..." Tech hurried out the door to make sure the hyperactive avian wasnt raising his blood sugar.

Cassidy jumped up and ran to Tech, giving him a quick kiss on the nose. "'Night, Tech!"

Tech smiled and returned the kiss. "'Night Cass.... And no more pizza for you!" He scolded her gently before running after Rev.

Cassidy escaped the small crowd of girls and flopped down on one of the beds, watching them. Soon, sleepiness came over her and she snuggled into the blankets, quickly falling asleep.

Icy winked as she held a shush finger up to her lips and nodded. She got up and told the others that it was quiet time now and that everyone had to go to sleep. Mairi snuggled into bed with Cassidy to keep her company, Lexi and Quick shared a bed, and Icy crashed out on the floor.

Icy stretched her arms as she yawned. "Eh, it's been a long day." She suddenly felt something crawl onto her stomach and curl up. She lifted her and saw that Ozzie lying in a ball with his tail turned around his body. Icy smiled as she scratched him behind the ears and then closed her eyes to go to sleep.

It wasn't long before the sun began to rise. A heavy amount of clouds hung over the sky with the promise of rain.

Mairi crept out of Cassidy's bed at the crack of dawn in order to shower and get dressed. She then took it upon herself the fling her body onto Icy's, scaring the fox and the ferret out of their slumber.

"LOVE MEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I JUST WANT A HOOOOOME!" She wailed dramatically.

Cassidy didn't even flinch.

MEANWHILE IN ANOTHER UNIVERSE:

Tech yawned and stretched as he sat up. He rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and looked over at the bed beside him. Rev was tossing and turning, talking in his sleep.

"Hey! Don't you... hurt her!... *Snore* Icy! No!..........I... I love you..." The dreaming roadrunner then stretched out his arms as if trying to hug someone.

Tech blinked. This was weird.

(XD The girls are gonna have fun getting Cass up... She hates waking up early XD)

Icy tried pushing the Lyre bird off. "MAZ! DOWN GIRL! DX"

Ozzie stood, his stone flaring dangerously. It boomed out a large "KAWOOOOGA!!!!", waking up the rest of the gils as the sound wave blew Icy and Maz across the room.
